How long does delivery for online orders take?

Delivery can take up to 3-5 working days after an order is placed. Delays may occur during peak seasons. If the item is needed urgently, please consider the self-pick-up option (one working day to process). For more shipping and delivery information, please visit:

How and where can I do store pick up/self collection?

Store pickup will be at our flagship store in Northpoint City (#01-124/125). Please allow up to one business working day for your order to be ready for collection. Upon collection, kindly show your order invoice for verification purposes.

Do you ship overseas?

At the moment we are only able to deliver within Singapore.

Is the product packed in a gift-ready manner?

Yes, the items are packed in our Mistgold gift boxes to be gift ready. If you would like to leave a personalised message, leave a note in the comment box during checkout, or feel free to let us know via the chat function.

Why is the gold weight not stated?

Our prices are priced according to the jewellery design, hence the gold weight is not stated. However if you would like to find out about the gold weight before you place your order, feel free to use our chat function to enquire.

How much is the workmanship cost?

Workmanship cost differs from product to product. All the products available on our online stores are sold at their stated price.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept most credit/debit cards and we also accept installment payments via Atome.

Do you accept installments?

We accept installments via Atome. We will pack and send your order out upon completion and confirmation of the first payment. Thereafter, subsequent payments will be charged and deducted according to the installment agreement. For any questions regarding installment payment, please refer to the respective provider.

Do you make custom-made items/sell items not listed on the website?

Yes, we will need you to provide us with the image of the item you are looking for, with additional details like the size and the type of gold. Chat with us, or drop by any of our physical stores with these details, then we will provide you a quote and advice from there.

Do you provide alteration/repair services for gold products?

Yes, we have an in-house craftsman at our headquarters (Block 846 Yishun Ring Road # 01-3621 Singapore 760846). Do note that alterations can only be done in-person at our headquarters. Additional charges may apply, depending on the service required. Some alterations that can be done include extensions, change of clasp, fixing broken chains, resizing and adding of accessories.

Can I trade-in my gold items for new products or cash?

Yes, trade-in of gold items can only be done in-person at any one of our physical outlets ( For trade-in in exchange for other gold products, the value will be based on the gold price for the day with a 18% deduction. For cash out of gold items there will be 28% deduction. The value of your gold item will be determined upon valuation.

What kind of gold do you offer?

We offer mainly both 916 and 999 gold jewellery products.

What is the difference between 916 gold and 999 gold?

916 gold jewellery contains 91.6% pure gold and 8.4% other metals and is sometimes referred to as 22K gold. 999 gold on the other hand is 99.9% pure gold and 0.1% other metals, also known as 24K gold.
