Buy Back Guarantee

1. We guarantee to buy back your Mistgold gold jewellery at any given time.
2. If you trade in your gold jewellery to offset new purchases, the offset value will be based on the weight of the item(s) multiplied by the prevailing gold price minus 18% nett
3. If the trade-in amount is insufficient, top-up of cash is necessary. However, if the trade-in amount is more than the purchase, the balance is subjected to a further 10% deduction, which will be paid out in cash.
4. If you just want cold hard cash, we will calculate based on the weight of the item(s) multiply by the prevailing gold price minus 28% nett. The final amount will be returned to you in cash.
5. All transactions are denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
